Sri Chaitanya Junior College Campus Experience

After my 10th standard, I faced the difficult decision of choosing between MPC(Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) and BiPC(Biology, Physics, Chemistry). Heeding my father’s advice, I opted for MPC, aiming to secure a good engineering seat in IIT or NIT. Shortly after the 10th results, representatives from Sri Chaitanya College in Eluru visited my home and extended an invitation to join their institution, acknowledging my exceptional academic performance with a school first and a remarkable CGPA.

Sri Chaitanya College in Eluru is renowned for its commitment to academic excellence and exceptional coaching in various competitive exams. Recognizing my potential, they offered a conducive learning environment and experienced faculty to empower students like me to achieve our career aspirations.

First-Year Experience:

During the first year of Intermediate, the classes moved at an intense pace, posing challenges in keeping up with the lessons. Consequently, my performance in the weekly JEE mains and EAMCET pattern tests was average. Nevertheless, the lecturers proved to be highly capable, imparting their subjects with expertise. The chemistry teacher, though strict, provided unwavering support, encouraging us to excel and participate actively. On the other hand, the physics teacher was approachable, effectively communicating complex concepts. Both math teachers excelled in teaching trigonometry, derivatives, differentiation, and complex geometry. Alongside their expertise, the Sanskrit and English lecturers were exceptional educators. My fellow classmates quickly turned into close friends, making lunchtime an enjoyable and bonding experience.

Navigating through minor exams and mid-term exams proved to be a constant struggle, with Sundays offering much-needed respite. However, the first year marked a significant personal achievement – overcoming my fear of raising doubts and seeking clarification from teachers. This newfound confidence significantly contributed to my success in the final public exams, where I secured an outstanding score, thanks to dedicated teaching and consistent study hours.

This marks the conclusion of my first year of Intermediate at Sri Chaitanya College in Eluru, brimming with learning experiences, challenges, and the gratification of academic growth.

Second-Year Experience:

In the second year of Intermediate, my journey continued with a blend of memorable incidents and academic challenges. After obtaining good marks in the first-year public exams, I sought betterment in English to achieve even higher scores. Following the exams, I enjoyed a refreshing summer vacation, and my family trip to Pondicherry added moments of joy and relaxation.

As college resumed, I encountered the main challenge of grasping new topics and lessons in each subject. However, with the support of dedicated teachers and disciplined study hours, I was able to overcome my worries and make progress in my studies. The time spent with friends brought immense joy, and the commencement of Physics and Chemistry labs added a sense of excitement.

The weekly tests provided a confidence boost for JEE and EAMCET preparations while writing records and attending labs on Sundays infused fresh energy into our routines. The camaraderie with friends, filled with jokes and fun moments, made the overall experience enjoyable and relaxed. The night-time study sessions, shared with fellow students and lecturers, created a productive atmosphere for learning.

Scoring well in exams demanded perseverance, as the competition was both challenging and healthy. Mid-term and minor exams added to the academic journey, testing our knowledge and understanding at regular intervals. Soon, the day to appear for the JEE arrived, and I traveled to another city with my parents for the exam. The experience offered insight into the dynamics of government exams, and I felt satisfied with my performance.

As the academic year progressed, the final public exams for Intermediate were held. I approached these exams with confidence and determination, as the rigorous preparation and support from teachers instilled a belief in my abilities. Ultimately, the chapter of my intermediate college days came to a happy ending, marked by valuable experiences, academic growth, and cherished memories.
