Accenture Interview Experience (On-Campus)

Accenture Bangalore visited our campus NIT Patna for virtual onboarding for Internship Opportunities. The assessments were split into four stages:

Stage 1 (Cognitive and Technical Assessment): The Cognitive and Technical assessment is a mandatory assessment and will be an elimination round. It will have sectional and sub-sectional cut off to proceed ahead in their recruitment process. Candidates get 90 minutes to complete 90 questions.

Stage 2 (Coding Assessment): Upon clearing stage 1, candidates can participate in the Coding assessment and these scores will be considered for their final selection decisions at the zonal level. Candidates get 45 minutes to complete 2 coding questions.

Note: Cocubes didn’t allow many STL functions. Your code has to pass rigorous test cases afterward.

Stage 3 (Communication Assessment): This is also a mandatory assessment but this will not be an elimination round. Oral Fluency and Pronunciation, thus, significantly impacts your score. Candidates can lift their score a few levels up with an improvement in these skills.

Stage 4 (Online HR Round): The final stage is the HR Round.

Tip: One should make efforts smartly and work wisely in every direction( including Projects, Operating Systems, DBMS, Computer Networks). ALL THE BEST!
