Power BI is a data visualization and business intelligence tool which is used to connect to various data sources that include WooCommerce and can also use to transform and clean the data, and create interactive visualizations and reports of the data, with the sharing feature. Steps to Connect ‘Power BI’ to WooCommerce

Step 1: Install and activate the Power BI Desktop application. You can also refer to this article for installation

Step 2: Now open Power BI and select “Get Data” from the Home ribbon.

Step 3: Select “Web” as the data source as Getdata -> Web.

Step 4: After that in the Web dialog box, enter the URL of your WooCommerce store’s REST API endpoint.

Step 5: Select “Basic” as the authentication method.

Enter your WooCommerce store’s REST API credentials. For WordPress, you can find it in woocommerce section.

Step 6: Once connected, you can now easily use the Query Editor to select the data that you want to import.

Step 7: Select “Close & Apply” when you are done.

So now your data is now completely imported and ready to be used in Power BI. We can now create visualizations, such as charts and tables, to analyze your WooCommerce data. You can also use the Power Query Editor to clean, transform and increase the quality of your data before it reaches the Power BI if you have more requirements that you need to add calculations and other data manipulations.
