A hard disc recorder and free and open source digital audio workstation, Ardour. It has no inherent limitations; instead, the hardware it runs on is the single factor limiting its ability to record. With sample-level resolution, this application offers clipping, dragging, dividing, and time-stretching recorded regions. It also supports layer regions. Ardour will support your audio interface if you have one. Naturally, you can add as many multichannel tracks as you want. For ease of editing and recording, the multichannel tracks can also be routed to different mixer tapes. It also allows you to input videos, adjust the audio, and export the finished product. It is a cross-platform program that runs on Linux, macOS, and Microsoft Windows
