How to Install Art of Illusion on Windows?

Art of Illusion is a 3D animation software. It is free and open-source software. It can be run on different operating systems like Windows, Mac, Linux, etc. It is written in Java programming language and can be used on any system which supports Java. It was first released on 29 October in 1999, and its latest version was released on 13 January 2021 which is 3.2.0. It was developed by Peter Eastman with his team members. This software has a lot of drag and drop features and has an easy-to-use interface.

Installing Art of Illusion on Windows:

Follow the below steps to install Art of Illusion on Windows:

Step 1: Visit the official website using the URL on any web browser. Click on Downloads which is on the left-hand side.

Step 2: Different operating systems will be listed on the page, click on Windows.

Step 3: Next webpage will open, click on Art of Illusion installer. Downloading of the executable file will start shortly.  It is a small 16.6 MB file that will take some minutes.

Step 4: Now check for the executable file in downloads in your system and run it.

Step 5: It will prompt confirmation to run the installer on your system. Click on Run.

Step 6: Choose the language and click OK.

Step 7: The next screen will be of License Agreement, click on I accept the terms of this license agreement and click on Next.

Step 8: Choose the installation location and click on Next.

Step 9: It will prompt for making the folder, click on OK.

Step 10: Select the packs for installation, both are already checked so click on Next.

Step 11: Package installation will start, click on Next.

Step 12: Create the desktop shortcut and click on the Next button.

Step 13: At this point, the installation is complete, click on Done.

Step 14: Art of Illusion is successfully installed on the system and an icon is created on the desktop.

Step 15: Run the software and see the interface.
