jQuery UI consists of GUI widgets, visual effects, and themes implemented using HTML, CSS, and, jQuery. jQuery UI is great for building UI interfaces for the webpages. The jQuery UI spinner culture option is used to set the culture to use for parsing and formatting the value. If this value is set to null, the currently set culture in Globalize is used.

Syntax:

$( ".selector" ).spinner({
  culture: "fr"
});

CDN Link: First, add jQuery UI scripts needed for your project.
