Publicis Sapients Interview Experience for ASDE 2 (VIT – 2023)

First Round: It was a Coding round. Two graph questions were of medium to difficult level. Approx 2500 students sat for this round ( as it included all campuses of VIT) and 130 students were able to clear this round.

Domain interview: After the coding round was the domain interview round where questions on projects were asked, and the interviewer deep-dived into OOPS, DBMS, OS, Networking, and a few 1/2 easy/medium questions on DSA were asked, like finding a middle element of a linked list. The interview started with a general introduction and then I was asked about the tech stacks I was interested in and then had to design a system using the pillars of OOPS. If you can answer 9/11 questions, You’ll be able to easily clear this round. It lasted for around 1 hour and 20 minutes.

After clearing this round I got the link to the last round which was the “Core Values” round and It included basic HR type of questions

• How do you handle conflicts?
• You have a call with a client and he is talking about something you have no idea about and he wants deadlines on the work, how do you respond?
• And many more, they want to check your ability to handle different situations.

HR was very happy with all of my answers, so at the last when he asked me “Are you a Team Player”

I responded, “Yes but the team is silent” :p

Interview over. This round lasted around 30 minutes.

After this round, we finally got the shortlists and 20 students were in (Including me)
