The <=(x: Byte) method is utilized to return true if the specified int value is less than or equal to the byte value, otherwise returns false.

Method Definition: (Int_Value).<=(Byte_Value)

Return Type: It returns true if the specified int value is less than or equal to the byte value, otherwise returns false.
