We’re searching for an enthusiastic and engaging telecaller to help us increase sales by reaching out to current and future customers. You will be the initial point of contact for potential clients as a telecaller, representing the organisation in a professional and positive manner. The role requires good communication skills, determination, and the ability to adapt to a variety of scenarios; you must be able to persuade even the most resistant individuals to acquire our products. You should take essential notes during chats so that our team can follow up with you.

Responsibilities: Telecaller

  • Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products, and services or gather information.
  • Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity in the CRM.
  • Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation.
