Realthingks GmBH is an Automotive Company, it mainly deals with AutoSar solutions. The Hiring procedure consists of 5 steps
Stage 1: This is an introductory step, where you have to introduce yourself and then the interviewer gives you a brief about the company as well as the Hiring procedure.
Stage 2: It consists of technical round 1, As per the standard interview they asked me to introduce myself, need to explain the MTech project. the main focus is on the project experience in previous companies. Technical question based on AutoSar, your experience in the same field. the interview is moderate it was a discussion on AutoSar. it is moderate
Stage 3: It is technical round 2, interview start with the self-introduction and an overview of MTech. Project and projects completed in previous organization. it is focused on Embedded questions. it is also moderate. at the end of the interview, the interviewer asked 2 coding questions which needs to be solved within 24hrs
Stage 4: It is the HR round which is taken by the India-head of the organization. the basic question which is not in resume and salary discussion.
Stage 5: It was not an interview round it was a virtual meeting with the CEO of the company. A brief introduction to the culture, scope, and focus of the organization is a very good experience. The overall Hiring process is very convenient and questions are moderate. Preparation perspective. be confident with what you say in the technical round. Be clear with the resume as well as the projects you have mentioned in the resume.
