Time#getutc() is a Time class method which returns a new Time object that represents time in UTC (GMT)
Syntax: Time.getutc()
Parameter: Time values
Return: new Time object that represents time in UTC (GMT).
Example #1 :
a = Time . new ( 2019 )
b = Time . new ( 2019 , 10 )
c = Time . new ( 2019 , 12 , 31 )
puts "Time a : #{a}\n\n"
puts "Time b : #{b}\n\n"
puts "Time c : #{c}\n\n\n\n"
puts "Time a getutc form : #{a.getutc}\n\n"
puts "Time b getutc form : #{b.getutc}\n\n"
puts "Time c getutc form : #{c.getutc}\n\n"
